This paper introduces an example of 90 ° peeling test of copper clad laminate using Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal material testing machine, with 500N pneumatic double push stretching fixture and 90 ° peeling fixture, according to section 2.4.8 of "Manual of IPC-TM-650 Test Methods"-peeling strength of metal foil clad plate. The adhesive strength between copper clad layer and substrate is characterized by peeling strength. The test results show that, the use of Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal material testing machine can completely correspond to the 90 ° peel test of copper clad laminate.
